big update 2 the worm races!!!! congrats 2 purple worm 4 winning alpha v1

congratulations 2 this w33k's king worm!!!! 41/58 clicks, not even close

mostly done adding keyboard controls (arrows/tab/escape), profile basics r in, fresh unique worm art 4 everyone except blue (im sorry), and the first half of a purrently non-functional health system!! they're gonna take penalties 4 low health but i have 2 put in the UI 4 that first :'33

redid most of the code from scratch with the stuff i learned from the first version, so the scores had 2 b reset. i think i got the structures in place correctly so i wont have 2 do another full reset until i actually want 2 tho!! might have them run on a monthly tournament or something, with the option 2 view past wins

theres a few bugs im aware of rn. the race results dont always load right and i havent figured out why yet. its also currently pawssible 2 put their stats in the negatives, which is less a bug and more a basic thing i did not put in yet lol. gonna patch those when i have time

extremely simple 4 now bc even with a very helpful 2torial it took me a whole evening of banging my brain on the keyboard 2 start understanding sql databases, but it works!!
