assorted user system updates
- usernames, icons, etc around the site pull from the user database based on a user's unique ID number
- username length limited to 16 characters. the 25 character limit was making layouts a nightmare, sorry
- password reset now displays error messages when something is incorrectly entered. still need to make it so it does this on the same page though
