new chat/account rules: no multi-accounting, minimum age

new rule #1
only one account per person, please! if you already have more than one account, please contact me via chat or email admin @codecreature.net to let me know so i can merge them.

why?
a couple reasons! i have storage limitations and every user takes up a certain chunk of space. it also makes things unfair to other users for games, like the worm races. i know some people may want to change usernames, i am working on adding that as an option soon so please just be patient! you can also contact me to have it changed manually for now.

new rule #2
must be over 13 years old to have an account.

why?
i am not equipped to moderate a safe space for very young users. this site is currently intended to be around PG-13, including potential swearing and mature themes.
